These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TancySport application, and all related services provided by TancySport. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may modify these Terms at any time, so please review them regularly. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must register using a valid email address and create a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. One user can have only two logged-in account to watch matches.

3. Subscription Plans

TancySport offers both free and premium content. Access to premium content requires a paid subscription, which can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions are not set to auto-renew; users must manually renew their subscription to continue accessing premium content.

Payments for subscriptions are processed through secure payment methods, and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Upon successful payment, users will gain access to the premium features for the duration of their chosen subscription period. Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

Additional Considerations

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. TancySport does not store credit card details or banking information.

Subscription Management: Users can manage their subscriptions, including purchasing new subscriptions or renewing existing ones, through the App.

Changes to Subscription Plans: TancySport reserves the right to change the pricing, features, or availability of subscription plans at any time.

4. Content Usage Rights

All content available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may view, download, and print content from the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
