You can request a refund from the Subscriptions section in your profile. Refund requests are only available within 72 hours of your subscription purchase. After the 72-hour period has passed, you will no longer be able to request a refund. Once your refund request is submitted, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

Your package remains active until the expiry date displayed in your account or package details.
